Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First thing in the morning, take lukewarm water with honey. Before going to bed at night, take warm milk with turmeric and cinnamon. Morning sunlight is essential for atleast 30 mins and take a good source of Vitamin D. Include curd or yoghurt daily in lunch. Increase liquid intake to 2-3 litres per day - water, coconut water, lemon juice, fruit juices, milk etc. Eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables and add dry fruits in daily routine. Include spices and herbs like cinnamon, basil leaf, garlic, ginger, honey, clove, turmeric.
