#AskTheExpert In my 18 weeks 6 days ultrasound EIF is visible, is it something serious? Triple marker test is normal.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. An echogenic intra cardiac focus is a normal finding in an ultrasound.
Most of the times by the time you go for the next scan it self it may go away completely. If there are multiple foci in the heart stomach and the brain then you need to think about getting karyotyping
