ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 days agoA. Minimum six weeks time us required for internal stitches yo heal and sometimes even more but in vaginal delivery the recovery is faster than c section but you need to take good rest in both ways take care

It could be 40 days to 3 months and more than that because internal stitches take a lot of time to reach but with normal delivery it’s mostly 30 days with stitches also break and after your delivery within a week You Are on your feet completely to do basic stuff of recovery in normal deliveries much faster than C-section delivery
