A. hello momos I can see that your baby is just three months old so it's very clear that a little baby cannot live without the mother specifically if he is on the breastfeeding to definitely you can feed your baby as you are already having immunity booster medication which will ultimately give benefit to your baby just take care of all the precautions and hygiene as prescribed to you by your doctor

A. hello breast milk will not effect the baby and you can continue to breast-feed the baby taking necessary precautions and you make sure to wear a mask while you feed the baby and infact bm wol help increase immunity in kids and is safe to be feeded
