Q.
#AskTheExpert I was having insufficient breastmilk when Aarav was born. He has slight jaundice but it increased to 19 points after 17 days of birth. I had to start Top feed. Now I am continuing too feed once a day even after having sufficient milk. He is having hard stool & is constipated for 3-4 days. I am giving nan pro &/or enfamil. Please advice on what to do about hard stool & constipation if i want to continue with Top feed once a day.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. now give baby for treatment you for this should see a pediatrician as it s not possible and difficult to comment upon with out a examination and so for treatment it s a must.
Also might need some tests to be done

please consult with your pediatrician regarding this once and give medications as prescribed by him it will help baby.
and i suggest you if you are getting Sufficient milk then give your milk as much as possible.
