#asktheexpert I want to know the minimum feeding and sleep required for a newborn. If the baby is sleeping, should we wake the baby to feed?

A. Namaste Mom, This varies , so as far as you are excluisively breast feeding then it is better to feed on demand , also their is no need to wake the baby up for feeding
