Hello, firstly you have to mention how you have delivered your baby and from how long and then only j should suggest you as if you have c-section then you have to weight for atleast six months and if you have normal delivery then you can excersice after three months and if you are breastfeeding mother,then you the time when you stop breastfeeding then only the six of breast will reduce.
