Q.

#AskTheExpert i usually pump and feed the baby my baby is 3month now, since past few days i am only able to extract around 60ml at one time but he is demanding more , i am pumping every 2hr but still not able to extract more then 60-70ml

A. it is always advisable to feed the baby directly from breast so that there will be proper milk production because of different mechanisms if possible we can use them nipple shield to feed the baby directly

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If required take the help of a lactation expert. Good luck and take care.
