#AskTheExpert I still have 98 kg of weight and still dealing with post-partum depression. can you please share what should I do?

A. you try yoga n weight loss. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. hi first , focus to reduce your weight . For that ,take Healthy diet. like low calorie diet is best for example salad , sprouts , oats, fruits,green veggies etc. avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake. walk , walk and walk practice yoga or mediation daily. cultivate hobbies like reading, listening music which help to overcome from depression. spend quality time with your family.
