like low calorie diet is best
for example
salad , sprouts , oats, fruits,green veggies etc.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
increase your fluid intake.
walk , walk and walk
practice yoga or mediation daily.
cultivate hobbies like reading, listening music which help to overcome from depression.
spend quality time with your family.
