#asktheexpert I myself feel lack of milk supply for my 4 month baby. plz suggest any solution to increase milk supply

A. solution to increase breast milk, take lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick, oats sabudana dalia ragi to increase milk.. more you nurse milk will increase..
