#AskTheExpert I'm warrid about my daughter's waiet.She is Two years and her waiet ony 7.9.So plss tell me what should I do??

A. Hi, the weight seems to be less. Give five solid feed in a day. 8 AM-ragi porridge 11 AM-fruit with a dry fruit powder and honey 1 p.m-Dal rice or Sambar rice with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-any fruit juice or milk shake 7 p.m-Idli, Upma.Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week. With this you can give coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving appetite.
