Neha YadavTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. It is very normal to face postpartum depression …. So, take it easy and spend time with your partner and your favourite once with whom you feel happy. Spend time with your close friends, do what you like enjoy your motherhood ,your baby activities, love yourself,proud on yourself that you are a mother ,like you fight and you win. Giving birth to a baby and having a baby is the most beautiful thing in the world so enjoy it 💕.. and focus on your hobbies
