#asktheexpert I'm vegetarian. please help with sources rich in Vit D and B12.

A. hello ypu should have fruits and vegetables and dairy products so that you will be able to meet the vitamin and calcium requirements whicg should be better and also safe too and also few mins of exposure to the sunlight would also be very much helpful
