you need 1000extra calorie per day for healthy milk..
keep on drinking water whole day

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
