#AskTheExpert can I switch between formula and breastmilk everyday.. i am unable to produce the required amount of milk

A. prefer more of breast milk . you can take lactonic granules to increase your milk supply. give warm compression on the breast and you can even pump your milk and feed through bottle. include cumin seeds fennel seeds spinach beetroot cows milk and almonds in your diet to increase your milk supply . still if you do not have enough milk supply then definitely offer formula milk to the child.
