#asktheexpert I m mother of my 9 month old baby girl . I had c section delivery. Will u tell me any scar removal cream . I have black spots on my skin after my delivery. Now my skin become uneven .

irrespective of the creams or ointments you use , the said scars will take time to fade.
walk more.
practice light yogsana and pranayama.
take sunbathing daily with her and ears covered in the morning
