#AskTheExpert I'm in 6month pregnancy now... what is minimum sleep for pregnant women... and what to do for normal delivery... how to gain fetal weight... how much rest should taken by pregnant women... and what is baby position in womb now....

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. by the time you are term the baby should be in cephalic position and that to gain weight of the child you have to take lots of high protein diet on a daily basis and for a vaginal delivery just keep doing the regular household chores and regular walking
