#AskTheExpert i m having cough and cold and my son is having dry cough but he is active whether it is normal?

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a gproper evaluation by the doctor according to the type cof cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent breast feed her well keep her Hydrated you should also keep yourself Hydrated take some water every half an hour. take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning ) keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed approx five feet far over night
