#asktheexpert I'm giving home made cerelac to my baby he's 8 months now he's constipated after I introduced home made cerelac what should I do to over come it

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Add more water to cerelac while cooking abd make sure the baby is drinking around 150 ml water everyday abd give fruits like papaya dial one fig overnight and in morning feed it to the baby
