#asktheexpert I'm getting gastric problem frequently now a days and my stomach is paining sometimes more due to work regular intervals of time I'm not taking food difference in time is happening

A. hi i advise to chew some mint leaves + tiny peices of ginger with pinch of salt , hing ,pepper powder and few drops of lemon juice or simply take hing goli. go for regular walk.
