A. only way to lose excess weight is to do exercises you have to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga is possible cycling also he had to spend the calories to lose weight

A. Hello dear mommy! Try and be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
