Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. take promolact capsules for improving breast milk oj for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Offering your baby both breasts at each feed and alternating which breast you start with will help to stimulate your milk supply. So will keeping your baby close and holding them skin to skin. Speak to your midwife, health visitor or a breastfeeding specialist if you're worried your baby is not getting enough milk.
