#AskTheExpert I'm expecting second baby and 17 weeks pregnant. I'm having severe pitt (acidity) issue, please suggest be food type i should eat to avoid pitt anxiety acidity.

A. adjust diet. eat salads. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi mom Avoid eat spicy oily food as it aggravates acidity. Have glass of cold plain milk atleast two times a day to get relief from acidity. Also u can have banana empty stomach in the morning to get relief from acidity.
