#AskTheExpert I'm expecting kid on 20th Jan, c-section. how to get milk from day 1, as I didn't get milk for my 1st kid

A. Hello, Here's what you can do Massage your breast area as well as pump or hand express milk. ... Use a hospital grade pump. ... Express milk frequently — even if only a small amount comes out! ... Use a heating pad or take a warm shower before expressing milk. ... Listen to relaxing music. ... Drink lots of water and get as much sleep as possible
