mother should take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .
nap often.

There is nutrient loss from the body after delivery..so give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese ,chicken fish egg, ghee, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet to recover from weakness and for healthy milk supply
