#AskTheExpert I'm a father of 3 month old kid. we had sesirion on birth of the baby. now what should be proper diet plan for mothers quick recovery and what should be our don't.

A. eat protein rich diet. gi've only breastmilk till completion of Six month. mother should take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . nap often. walk regularly. stay hydrated

A. Hello sir There is nutrient loss from the body after delivery..so give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese ,chicken fish egg, ghee, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet to recover from weakness and for healthy milk supply
