#asktheexpert i m 8 month pregnant and i have acidity and gas problem specially in mid night.. what should i do?? should i take anta acid tablet on daily basis.

If I want to take any kind of tablet then you’ll first have to take a consultation with your doctor if she allows you then only you go with any kind of tablet apart from that I would say you should try going for this home remedy where in before you go to sleep try to have chilled milk straight from the refrigerator like half a glass of something that’s going to be a lot helpful
