A. Start taking one teaspoon ajwain with a glass of warm water twice a day and and take Dabur pudin hara once a day and avoid oily fried spicy foods and limit tea or coffee and drink more water and have one apple per day

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in your diet. Avoid oily, spicy and outside foods. If the problem is persistent then consult your doctor for evaluation and advice.
