Q.

#AskTheExpert I'm 6 months post partum now and I still haven't had me periods yet. I had a 30 days cycle pre pregnancy, and exclusively breastfeed my baby. When can I expect my periods?

A. as you are bteasdfeeding you may have delayed peroid.you can wait fr 2 month more ,may happen to gt normal peroids ..n consult doctor fr contraceptive advise .try to do excercise qs well

A. some time it may take even a year to get the first menstrual cycle started.. as you are breast feeding period will start little late.. wait for some months. my period started after 4months of my first delivery and after eight months of my second delivery..
