Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount ofx food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit thxe doctor
