#AskTheExpert I'm 4 week pregnant and my age is 35..and this is my 3rd pregnancy..what precautions should I take..plz suggest

A. rest. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the childin all cases you can't take self medication. specifically in this case you need ultra sound and check up both and take pills only after a proper prescription ok

A. Keeping a check on your blood pressure & sugar levels. Restricting strenuous exercise and intense activities. Avoid flying or long journeys. Avoid sleeping on your back. Monitor your baby's activity levels. Avoid certain sex positions. Keep a check on cramps and back pain. Make sure you can work safely.
