#AskTheExpert I'm 39 weeks pregnant but my baby head not coming to pelvics but 4 cm diluted. can you suggest any exercise to get contractions

A. if your cervix is 4 cm dilated then you should be in labour. first of all find out if that number is a correct or not. secondly you can do regular walking or household chores and hope that the baby will come down
