#asktheexpert I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I'm hungry at midnights and early mornings. Having fruits at that time is little difficult as it's not filling. what to have at that time mam ?

A. There is no compulsion that you should take only fruit you can take anything that you want. You can even take a coconut water or milk or eat anything that you like
