#asktheexpert I m 30 weeks pregnant. pulses and milk doesn't suits me. what should I do for protein?

A. for proteins you can take eggs chicken fish soybeans.. remember to have less oil and spicy preparation for fish chicken .. you can take thereptin biscuits 1-2daily if you are not able to take milk..
