#asktheexpert i m 30 week pregnant and my HB is 9.8 .. which food items will help me to increase my iron level?

A. hi. u shoukd take iron rich food such as nuts, prunes, ragi, beet root, moringa leaves, spinach n other green leafy vegetabjes, lufa, apple, pomogranate, do ct oron supplements too
