#AskTheExpert I m 13 week pregnant.bymistake I lift 5 kg weight box.does it harm the baby.how much weight we should lift during pregnancy

A. Hi if you lift something which is easy, comfortable to you & does not cause a strain on your muscles, then that much weight is fine. do not worry. weight lifting tolerance is different for every person
