Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same. Iron and zinvZinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
