#AskTheExpert i hv less heamoglobin around 10.3.. is it a matter to concern ? and what all shd I take to improve my heamoblobin

A. no need to worry your hemoglobin is not very less to be worried about and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
