#AskTheExpert i hv 2 babies through c sec..younger one is of 13 months. n i m suffering from umbilical hernia .my tummy is look like as i m still pregnant. my weight is around 88.ht 5 feet.so can i do any exercise or walk or anything else to loose my weight.. hernia will b operated after 6 months since now

A. needs surgery. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment
