#asktheexpert I have vitamin d problems ...am sufficient in the border..what are the foods to eat and prevent

A. Hello mam, The natura and best source of vit d is sunlight so sit or go for a walk in the morning to get the benifit Also veg foods are poor sources of vit d but fish, cord liver oil are gr8 source of vit d so if u are non vegetarian then u can have fish in your routine diet Also mushroom, fortified cereals and milk have some amount of vit d Then there are supplement which can be taken after consulting with doctor

A. Hi parent please give daily sun light exposure it is very helpful please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
