#asktheexpert I have twins who always avoids eating food. what do I need to do for them to eat well.

A. hello kids can be fussy on eating which is normal and you will have to try with different food option and recipe and also give your child small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time so the kids will be able to take which is better
