#asktheexpert I have twins baby girl both are healthy having no problem ,bt my one baby having v hard potty like small balls.both babies on fm..plz help me how to get my baby relief from hard potty

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Increase the number of feeds to maintain hydration and nutrition. If required try changing the formula milk. Once your babies complete 6 months you can start giving semi solids and water along with daily intake of milk. Mashed bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
