Q.

#asktheexpert I have twin babies, I'm feeding them formula and breast milk. is it okay to give formula feeding, I'm worried about their nutrition and growth will it effect their growth mile stones

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
