ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. lose flab ok. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok

you can use Palmer's stretch marks cream and lotion..
or Himalaya baby stretch marks cream..
you can use bio oil regularly, massage to fade the stretch marks..
