#asktheexpert I have started tennis classes for my 5 year old daughter I would like to know some food items which would help to increase her immunity system and keep her energetic???

A. Hello mom fresh seasonal Fruits , water and other liquids like coconut water , milk , or butter milk , dry fruits can be given , you can also make some millet or flour ladoos for her , roasted Makhanas and roasted peanuts or dry channa would be good . Boiled eggs can be given
