Q.

#asktheexpert I have started breastfeeding my baby 3 days after c section. I'm not sure I have adequate milk supply and so I have been giving formula aswell. please advise how I can be sure my baby is getting enough with breast feed

A. weigh the baby. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. So Your child is not demanding for any feed for at least two hours after taking 1 breastfeeding from you that means your child is getting sufficient breastfeeding from you it can go up to 2 to 3 hours also depending upon the kind of feed the child is getting far from you but if your child is crying even after taking feed from you or is demanding for a feed every half an hour one hour or so that means that the breast feeding giving is not sufficient for the child
