#asktheexpert I have severe hair fall after my second pregnancy. my straight hair turned into curly and I can see scalp on the front side.. Grey hairs are visible. I am internally depressed due to this.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. relax.put hair color .Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. hi parent please avoid stress first please avoid harsh chemical products please take daily sun light exposure please give daily massage with bhringraj oil but please avoid products contains SLS and sulphate and mineral oil and parabins you can use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
