You can try Gond .. roast gond keep aside and then melt ghee add ghond in it and little sugar m have it..
Also u can have soaked raisins along with saffron in the morning
Have more fruits and vegetables and lead a physically active life that mean if not on bed do regular exercise
Avoid consuming biscuits, bread, fried foods, maida and maida products
Water 2l per day

You should avoid fast food , bakery products , foods made from fine wheat flour. , red meat .
you should take more fruits , fibrous food , millets., nuts , seeds , dark green leafy vegetables.etc
Take sunbath daily
