#AskTheExpert I have seen my the allergic sign like red small Dana on whole skin whenever he take shower and hit to any things on her skin we got allergic sign .

this appears to be some type of allergy.
anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type of food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion whichr might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
