Try to have protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, pulses daily
Include good fats like avocado, almonds, walnuts. , ghee,
Include lot if green vegetables, fruits daily
Sleep well & stay hydrated

Hi It’s very important that you should have a calcium iron and multivitamin for initial six months and that will help you breathe in your strength you should have good amount of proteins fats and carbs that is going to bring strength into your body since you are breastfeeding your child it gets very tough for a mother to cope up so try to have all the friends good amount of dry fruits you should be having like everything healthy that you can think of
