#AskTheExpert I have new born baby girl, but she is not able to take my feed, did not able to hold my nipple my milk is coming good. she is only 7 days old, when i try to feed her through my breast she cry alot

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this.
see videos on you tube for breastfeeding position and attachment.g
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milkg for increasing breast milk for yourself.
take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
